The M-8 detector consists of: -Dye impregnated paper sensitive to liquid chemical agents -Booklets of sheets without adhesive -Color comparison charts and instructions The test consists of: -Detaching a piece of the paper from a booklet or dispenser roll -Exposing the paper to a surface suspected of contamination by a liquid chemical agent or to the agent itself either by wiping the suspected surface with the paper or by attaching the paper to a surface which may be exposed in the future. If the paper comes in contact with an agent,it will change color. The M-8 paper exhibits 3 colors to signify the presence of G, V or H agents. Custome configurations are readily available upon request.
