The MBC is placed immediately adjacent to a mail room x-ray and explosives screening station to provide a safe disposal system for packages suspected of containing explosives. This heavy duty explosives container will control and mitigate the effects of a bomb blast or detonation prior to a bomb squad’s successful removal and defusing.
