The PRMI is a Remote Mobile Investigator that is used by Police, Fire Departments, Military, Nuclear and Industrial Institutions world wide. It is a compact and lightweight battery operated multi-purpose vehicle that has proven to be ideal for the remote handling of Improvised Explosive Devices, Hazardous Chemicals, Radio Active Materials, Fire Fighting, Hostage situations, Hijackings and other Hazardous Situations. The PRMI has been chosen by experienced technicians world wide due to its dependability, simplicity and ease of operation.

The PRMI-9 is versatile with 10 drive wheels to handle rugged terrain or with 6 drive wheels with tracks for extra climbing capability.
4 actuators enable the front arm to lift up to 175 lbs.
It is equipped with three color cameras:
The main camera has remotepanning with dead center stop, and a miniature remote tilting camera, for car searches, etc. Also, equipped with a color monitor.
The PRMI can be fitted with an x-ray attachment suitable for the XR200/150 x-ray unit.
The universal claw has variable pressure (20-60lbs.) which allows it to pick up an object
without damaging it (soft touch) or with added pressure so it can grip heavy objects.
The shotgun is a 5 shot semi-automatic with laser aiming.
The construction of the PRMI is modular for easy service.
All functions can be controlled through a lightweight heavy duty control cable or by radio control.
Two way communication which can be used for situations such as hostage takings or hijackings.
Motorized extension arm and three arm extenders for hard to reach locations such as under cars, in cars, window sills, etc. The mechanical claw, miniature tilting camera or disrupter can be attached to the end of the arm extender.
Two disrupters can be fitted to the front arm and remotely fired with laser aiming.
The control box operates all functions of the RMI. Precise movement of the RMI can be mastered quickly using the joystick drive controls. The firing controls send coded signals for greater security.
